- Zero diversity and lots of age discrimination.
- They do not hire women or people over 30; they look for "sales athletes" who can talk about their glory days.
- Toxic frat/bro culture in every office.
- Very inexperienced management.
- All you have to do is outlast the other person, which is very easy.
- Managers and directors are straight out of college.
- Massive amounts of turnover and churn.
- No 401k contribution at all.
- Zero remote work.
- If you are not at the HQ office, you will get zero support from HQ and get treated as a second-class citizen.
Doubt anyone can change the culture at this company.
