The perks are great: * The refrigerator in the kitchen is always full * Team/group fun days * Freefit * Yoga lessons in the office * And more The product affects the day-to-day lives of millions around the world, the tech stack is great, and the challenges I'm facing on a day-to-day basis are fascinating.

Cons: The dynamic of the mobility industry affects the pace of the work and the frequent changes of priorities. I guess that's the deal when building something that establishes the standard for the entire industry.

Pros: Engaging and meaningful product, genuinely smart and pleasant colleagues, and a company that is not afraid to evolve and adapt.

Cons: Over time, the growing influence of the U.S. leadership became more noticeable, and the work environment gradually shifted toward a more rigid and less flexible atmosphere.

Pros: Many extremely talented people on the team. The atmosphere is very friendly and chill. Many opportunities to contribute impactful changes to the product.

Cons: Since researchers are also in charge of production code, the actual work is often not very algorithmic oriented, but more software engineering, which some may find boring (I actually see it as an advantage).
