I really like to work here. Amazing people building an incredible product
I've been in Via for almost 5 years. The company is growing at an outstanding pace. The people are nice, talented, and fun to work with. The perks are great:
- The refrigerator in the kitchen is always full
- Team/group fun days
- Freefit
- Yoga lessons in the office
- And more
The product affects the day-to-day lives of millions around the world, the tech stack is great, and the challenges I'm facing on a day-to-day basis are fascinating.
The dynamic of the mobility industry affects the pace of the work and the frequent changes of priorities. I guess that's the deal when building something that establishes the standard for the entire industry.
