First round over the phone with a recruiter. Then spoke to two more people over the phone that started asking more technical questions and behavioral ones as well. And then a superday where I spoke to 4 different people, which consisted of 2 technical interviews and 2 behaviorals.

Pros: Ambitious, growing, mission-driven, pre-IPO company with good values. We get to work on challenging problems in urban transportation and climate change. The software we're building has tangible, positive real-world impact. Great office with beautiful views, right by Union Square in NYC.
Cons: Some teams are currently understaffed.
