First and most importantly are the people. Most have the same character: very welcoming, very genuine, and one common goal.

There's no rush in getting you working right away. You get enough time to settle in and get into pace with everyone.

Though it's a startup, it does feel like a corporate environment. You get the good feeling of playing an important role in the final product, but also the benefit of not feeling that you're overworking or stressing.

The office is very nice (3 floors) and it offers everything from comfort, food, drinks, and lots of private and quiet rooms.

There are monthly talks with the CEO where he talks about the status, the goals, and the vision. We get to ask anything we want, which makes you feel connected to the place and breaks down barriers.

Nothing comes to mind. There's one thing, it's not a con, but it would be nice to have: performance review talks so you get feedback on how well/bad you're doing.
