The recent reorganizations have brought American politics and toxicity to the forefront at the cost of an honest and retrospective company culture that used to celebrate learning from mistakes and moving forward. The current management does not allow for any individuality, any thought, or any creativity in the day-to-day work of employees. They have brought incapable and dishonest people to manage large parts of the organization, miring it with office politics, backstabbing, and a lack of transparency.

Non-existent HR at the Tel Aviv site, at best. At worst, actively sabotaging and hurting their own employees with their practices.

Revert to what made you successful and a place where people wanted to work.

Read the room and the reviews in the past year+ to see where you went wrong and how the culture has become so toxic and so many people have left (voluntarily and involuntarily) – people who gave years of their life, their sweat, tears, and blood to your company (with good reason, years ago).

Bringing toxic US politics to the day-to-day work of the Tel Aviv site was the worst decision you guys ever made.

Strongly consider reverting it.
