The interviews were of 4-5 rounds. They were very easy, and I don't think they have any good candidates. Also, HR will ghost after a particular time. I didn't accept their offer as they had just fired a few people a few days back.

Pros: Vimeo is working with the most up-to-date technologies. The challenges are big, and you always learn on the job.
Cons: Vimeo had two rounds of layoffs in the past year. The business is messy; a lot of companies were acquired, but the onboarding of those companies was a mess, and we are still struggling with some tech departments.
