Had an initial call with a recruiter, then scheduled a Google Hangout call with a developer on their team. Everyone seemed nice.
The questions weren't your typical LeetCode questions; they focused on your knowledge of vanilla JavaScript. Be sure to brush up on closures, function calls using call/apply, and intervals.
I answered all the questions correctly (with a lot of time to spare), and the interviewer seemed happy with my answers. However, I still got a rejection email without any explanation.
The interviewer was not very engaging during the call, and at the end, he seemed annoyed answering questions. He did not look excited or happy to be working there at all (by the way he described the company and culture). Probably dodged a bullet there.
Call/apply, closure, global scope
