Amazing company, current direction questionable
much cooler product than most tech companies. D&I taken seriously. Plenty of problems over the years, but has an employee base that tries to hold the leadership accountable.
Managers change over and over again. Opportunities for career growth are rare.
The product is going in a significantly less cool direction than it used to be.
Layoffs and mass hires have completely changed the culture, mostly for the worse.
