Workload isn't too bad, even though the work they currently do is soul-sucking "B2B" solutions. Some of the individual teams have great people on them. Their 401(k) match is the best I've seen, with the BIG caveat that it cliff vests at 2 years.
Semi-waterfall workflows, ancient product requirement pipelines, and fragmented teams. You'll see that various teams based out of Ukraine operate as separate entities from the US-side teams. During recent layoffs, they blew various US core personnel out the airlock and passed their work on to Ukrainian teams, which work for pennies on the dollar.
Lots of bizarre office politics are going on in this place, and most of upper management seem to be a product of blatant nepotism, with little to no qualifications for their positions. The current company direction of going all-in with B2B while abandoning the content creators that have kept the company alive over the years seems to be faltering.
They made some decisions during the height of COVID to go all-in on B2B with the assumption that remote delivery of formerly in-person things like learning would forever become the norm. As COVID began to wane, or we all became exhausted with the isolation, folks started to revert to traditional formats, and surprise, surprise, Vimeo was left holding the bag with their all-in bet on COVID norms becoming the long-term norm.

The recruiter was friendly on the phone; however, they were not fully informed about the interview process for that particular team. The recruiter also told me a salary range that was lower than what they told my male colleague, who was also intervie
The interviews were of 4-5 rounds. They were very easy, and I don't think they have any good candidates. Also, HR will ghost after a particular time. I didn't accept their offer as they had just fired a few people a few days back.
