Process

This is the worst company; please do not apply for a Visa.

  1. Technical assessment
  2. HackerRank with Director
  3. Technical interview with team

I received a call from the recruiter stating that I had cleared the interviews and they had finalized me as their candidate.

However, they now want to proceed with a "Contract to Hire" arrangement.

This was never mentioned as a contract-to-hire position. All of a sudden, after clearing all the interviews, they introduced this twist.

They should have mentioned this before the interviews. I did not expect this surprise.

They wasted my time.
