Process
There were three rounds in total.
The first round was a HackerRank online coding challenge, where you were supposed to complete 3 questions within 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The second round was a phone interview with an HR representative, which lasted around 5-10 minutes.
Finally, the third round was a 90-minute physical interview, split into two 45-minute segments: technical and non-technical.

Some structural changes are ongoing though - changes in reporting structure, people getting laid off - the usual tech talent problems.
