Interview Process:

• Phone Call with Hiring Manager
• Technical Test (online)
• Phone Round with Director
• 2-Hour Face-to-Face Interview

There was no communication between HR and myself throughout the entire process. I had to email multiple times to get a response, which took a long time. The final outcome was never known to me, as repeated emails yielded no response. In the end, I just gave up and accepted an offer elsewhere. It is really disappointing that a reputed and respected company like Visa would demonstrate such complacency.

On the plus side, I enjoyed meeting with all the interviewers (video/phone/in person), who were friendly and professional throughout.

Questions focused on the experience mentioned on the CV.

They expect examples for any questions asked, utilizing the STAR technique.

Expect scenario-based and situation-based questions. A whiteboard design exercise may also be included, depending on the role.
