The process involved a phone interview and six months on the job, during which I completed a project that turned out to be an ongoing assessment of my tech skills. They also observed our teamwork alongside our technical expertise.
Rather than relying on traditional tech interview questions, this approach allowed them to get to know me and observe my actual coding process.
