They called hundreds of people, gave them morning interview slots, and started the process at 3 o'clock.

The questions were at an absolutely elementary level. After selection, they couldn't even afford to match the salary of my current offer, which was from a tier-1 company.

Don't waste our time. If you can't afford talent, don't call us for an interview and stay in your place recruiting the skills you can afford. The offer letter they released was laughable.
