This was an easy interview, but the director was not interested. They were on their phone for the entire duration. They did not understand coding, yet they asked coding questions and didn't comprehend any of my explanations. Because of this, I was rejected, even though I performed well in all other technical rounds.
Visa's interview process is horrible. The recruiter does not seem to know what they are doing. The director acted as if they knew everything (Lol).
