I attended an event organized by Visa and was called three days later. I was interviewed by the hiring manager, a staff engineer, over video conference, followed by a Skype phone interview.
Most of the questions were technical case scenarios that didn't have a definitive right or wrong answer. The interviewers seemed very impressed.
After the interview, I waited for six long weeks with no update. Every time I inquired about an update, the recruiter informed me that I was still under consideration and a decision had not yet been made, which was why feedback wasn't provided.
Finding no other way, I emailed one of the directors, and she informed me that they had decided not to move forward with my application.
It was very frustrating. After waiting for two long months, the recruiting team didn't even bother to inform me about the decision. This is not expected from a big brand like Visa.
Most of the questions were technical case scenarios, which didn't have any right/wrong answers.
