I applied through a recruiter.
It started with an OA consisting of 3 DSA questions at a medium level. Then tech round 1 was a walkthrough of my resume, one DSA problem, core Java, Spring Boot, the Spring Boot end-to-end lifecycle, and some stuff about AI, GenAI, AI agents, agentic AI, and what MCP is.

Pros: Ancient establishment and stable company
Cons: The company runs on a 19th-century mentality. Managers treat employees as slaves, and even HR is a puppet of management. Actions are taken as per the manager's feedback without analyzing the other side of the story. If someone raises a concern against a manager, they will be harassed to an extent that they will decide to move out. The managers all have ancient thinking.

Pros: If you are a woman, you can reach heights.
Cons: Too much fake feminism inside an office is not necessary.
If you are a man, you will be toiling on the ground while your women counterpart will be growing every single year with unnecessary promotions.
Reverse discrimination is worse and is equivalent to discrimination.
