Process
I applied online. The process took 4 months.
First round was an online assessment, followed by a coding interview with two senior developers that focused on problem-solving and coding ability. The final stage was a manager interview covering behavioural and team fit questions. Interviewers were professional and friendly throughout, and communication was generally clear. The entire hiring process took about four months from application to receiving the offer.
