I was asked to complete a 90-minute HackerRank assessment, which I finished as requested.
After waiting four weeks and following up multiple times about next steps, I received no response from the recruiter at Visa.
The lack of communication felt discourteous and unprofessional, and it left me with a negative impression of the overall candidate experience.
