Software Engineer Interview Experience

Process

An interviewer reached out to me, and I agreed. (I tried emailing follow-ups, but she must have left the company as the domain no longer existed.)

They forwarded me to another interviewer within about a day. He was the worst interviewer ever.

It took over two weeks of follow-up emails before he replied once with available time slots. Another two weeks passed with follow-ups, even though I had already provided my availability.

He then told me they decided to use HackerRank for recruitment now and asked if I had received the email. This essentially scrapped the available time slot discussion. Of course, I hadn't received the coding challenge email – why else would I have been emailing him every three days?

I finished the HackerRank and got everything correct. Still, there was no answer two weeks later. I decided to write this negative review instead of following up again.
