Good experience, the interviewer was friendly. I was able to make it through a few rounds of interviews, but didn't get the offer in the end unfortunately.
First was behavioral, then the next two were technical rounds.

Work-life balance is good.
Cons: Management is bad. Too many people clamor for the same thing, as there is not a diversity of projects.
Management does not know how to foster career growth.
Decisions on who does what seem arbitrary and cause confusion.
It seems a small number of people control decisions on who works on which projects.
