Process

I had an on-campus interview, and then there was an online assessment. I still have not received a response yet. Some of my friends have already received invitations for on-site (Skype) interviews. The position is in Austin, so I am still waiting for it. There would be three rounds of Skype interviews.

Lots of politics and pathetic work-life balance

Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: If you know how to bark in front of management, then this is the best place to work.

Cons: Management will make you feel that you are over budget, and they don't care about you. The HR team is doing nothing, even after knowing everything. No recognition for your hard work.

Pros: 1. Smart people around you. 2. If you are self-motivated, you can, in most cases, create cool stuff. 3. Canteen and transport facilities are good.

Cons: 1. I tried with a self-motivated approach for a year, putting my everything into work. And guess what? When it comes to recognition, you will feel like you mean nothing to the company. 2. Huge difference in salaries based on which college you are from (just ridiculous!!)
