Going through it felt like a real marathon. It starts with a basic recruiter chat to check your background and why you want to work there. After that, things pick up fast with the technical round where they want to see your actual problem-solving skills and how you handle scale. Then comes the panel stage with a few people back-to-back focusing on system design and project trade-offs. They also really focus on teamwork and ownership for the culture fit. By the end your brain is totally fried, but it is a very thorough process.
