Pros: Working at Visa has been a really good experience. The culture is good, and everyone on the team is helpful.
Cons: In the initial days, it may seem hectic. That process can be made easy by giving more time for training and getting accustomed to corporate life, especially for new employees.

Pros: Good projects: lot of technology hands-on and even intern projects are run in a professional manner.
Nice and smart people to work with.
Lot of fun activities.
Cons: Intern teams should be formed properly, based on the total work to be done. A person may get along without putting in the required effort just because there is not that much work and the rest of the team can manage it.
