Pros: Entry-level jobs sometimes start with "senior" in the title, giving you a feeling of seniority through title inflation.
Cons: Hiring recruiters are deceitful and not trustworthy.
They will apply you for level N, and then only match you with level N-1 positions even though you have very good feedback from all rounds.
They tell you the company aims at career growth so that you can work more and earn less while enjoying the politics power play.
