Process
This was an online Skype interview with CodePair. There were two sections to the interview:
First, I spoke with the director for 30 minutes. Then, I spoke with the lead Software Engineer for another 30 minutes.
Both sections included technical questions.
In the first half, we discussed coding basics, such as data structures.
In the second half, the lead engineer reviewed my resume and asked questions about my experience. Unfortunately, I did not prepare for this part and forgot some crucial details.
