Two rounds:
First Round: This was a 1-on-1 interview to get to know the candidate better and discuss the role they are looking for. It mostly involved a resume overview and then two general questions on databases and data structures. These questions are not difficult and are asked to assess your skill set.
Second Round: This was a HackerRank coding test.
I did not clear the coding round, so I am unsure how many more rounds there would be after this.
The test had two questions: one on list sorting and another on bot traversal through a 2-dimensional array.
Coding Round 2 Questions:
A list contains a random number of 0's and 1's. Give the minimum number of moves to get all 0's to one side and all 1's to the other side. The restriction was that each item can only move 1 step to the left or right.
A bot starting from (x, y) can only move to (x+y, y) or (x, x+y) at any given time. Output true or false based on whether this bot will reach (x1, y1) during its traversal.
