The first stage was a HackerRank test with three coding questions and multiple-choice questions. They were pretty easy.
Next, there was a phone round with the Hiring Manager, who is a Director. I interviewed with a VISA org called MAPPD. The phone call lasted 15-20 minutes. The director mentioned they would call me in a couple of days, but I never received the call.
The recruiting team did not respond to emails. It felt like the position was already filled, possibly by an internal candidate.
