Pros: No, I could think about.
Cons: - Micromanagement
- Management pushes AI, resulting in poor code quality.
- Products are being released buggy across every possible plane.
- Expecting a person with one role to do the jobs of three other positions.
- Incompetent management from South Asia, hiring their own people.
- In the beginning, fully remote work was offered. Then, after three months, employees were told they must travel 300km to the office once a week (at their own expense, without lieu) or they could leave.
- Chaos on every level.
- Poor compensation.
- Lack of culture.
