I applied through a referral and was called for a face-to-face interview at their office. The interview was scheduled with two interviewers, and it was a very good discussion in both rounds. I thought I should be selected.

After the two rounds of interviews, the hiring manager told me they would collect data points about the interview and get back to me in the next 3-4 days, but they never provided any feedback. It is very disappointing that they did not give proper feedback. It was truly a bad experience.
