Quietly laying off people in 2024 June. Bad people management and HR team. No transparency in every org
Good annual hike and bonus till 2022. Free food and limited cab facility. Nice office ambience.
Very bad Indian managers with a hell of a lot of internal politics for promotions and favoritism in CMS.
HR team is just there to take a paycheck monthly, not employee friendly.
Too much workload and long work hours, expecting availability in the US time zone.
Please remove senior director and director roles; they are irrelevant in the current industry. Without these roles, the team can perform superbly. Focus on employee wellbeing, honestly, not just for name's sake. Consider employee survey feedback and take strict action against managers if there are complaints against them.
