Total 3 rounds:
1st Round - Initial assessment & Technical Round - 1 hour.
2nd Round - Technical Round - 1 hour 30 minutes.
Post 1st & 2nd Rounds, HR came back and said the feedback was positive, hence proceeding with the Hiring Manager Round, which is the last round.
Hiring Manager Round - 1 hour 30 minutes.
No response post HM round. When I checked with HR for feedback, the response was that the HM feedback was not positive.
The panel is clueless and lacks clarity on what they require.
