They first sent a HackerRank online test link a day before the F2F interview. When I asked them if I should take the test, they said I could take it on the day of the interview after going to the office.

When I reached the office, there were a few other people present for the interview process for multiple levels, as it was a drive day. I did not have to wait long since they had scheduled it reasonably well.

The first person who interviewed me could not communicate properly. It was a hard time understanding his accent. My impression of Visa was destroyed after having a discussion with him. It was a technical discussion, but I could not figure out what skill he was testing. It was not really an SDI round, nor was it an OOD round. He was asking random questions related to ORM frameworks and some data manipulation.

Since I could not understand his expectations, and since he was expecting biased answers, I did not do well.

The second round was a DS and Algo round. I did reasonably well in that round. The person who interviewed me was quite unprofessional, though. The way he asked about my previous experiences was really poor. His interview questions were not bad; I could do 90% of them.

Since the communication skills of the panel were poor, and since they seemed biased, I have apprehensions about the quality of the employees who work there.
