The first round was a telephonic interview with a member of the team. I was asked some relatively easy ReactJS, JS, and CSS questions.
The second round involved an online assessment. Unfortunately, I experienced extreme technical and internet difficulties during the test, and as a result, it couldn't be completed as expected.
I informed HR about the situation. However, after the test, I received no response, only ghosting. It's understandable if you wish to discontinue the process, but it is extremely rude to simply ignore a candidate. This could be because the candidate didn't pass the test due to unfortunate technical difficulties, or perhaps you had already rejected them and hired someone else but didn't want to inform them of your decision.
I don't believe I would want to join an environment where candidates' time and effort are not respected. I can only imagine what it would be like to be an employee of such a company.
