Pre-screen: Easy/Medium LeetCode problems monitored via a camera on CodeSignal.

Technical 1: No coding, just questions about the technology (.NET in my case), general programming questions, and my experience. Examples: Explain why Dependency Injection is useful. What is editorconfig?

Note: There was supposed to be a second technical interview, but they told me that since I did very well on the Pre-Screen and Technical 1, they would skip it. The second interview was supposed to be about System Design. I think they may have been busy too; there was just a lot of hiring for them then.

Behavioural:

• Tell me about a time when you had to adjust your behavior to work with difficult people/stakeholders.
• Tell me about a time when you led other people or autonomously took ownership of something.
• Tell me about a time when you noticed a problem and proposed an innovation that helped your team.
• Tell me about a project that you are most proud of.
  • What was your favorite part and why?
• Tell me about a time when you received feedback and how you responded.
• If asked, what would your coworkers tell me about you?

I declined the offer because I received a better offer at another company. The culture did not seem very innovative or flexible, and I was supposed to be the most senior person on the team, which did not align with my growth goals.
