Process
Applied, got OA quickly, and a phone screen from a recruiter about 1 month later.
Got passed on to the 1st round and got passed to a different team for another 1st round.
Much more behavioral heavy interviews.

Visa Intern Review
SWE Intern • Former Employee
Austin, Texas, United States
July 23, 2025
Pros: Visa provided a lot of good opportunities and events for interns to learn more about the company, as well as gain more technical and soft skills through multiple workshops hosted by Visa executives.
They also provided travel benefits and housing, as well as a bunch of swag to interns, which was really nice.
Cons: The company and culture are a little slower-paced, which isn't a bad thing unless you want to work in a fast-paced start-up ecosystem.
