I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I had an OA with 3 leetcode style questions. They were in the range of easy-medium. Then I had a standard 15 min recruiter call which asked me questions about my resume and to tell me about myself and why

First, the Codility assessment is sent out. You have 72 hours to complete it. Next, you'll have a phone screen, a final round interview, and then a final decision on whether you received the offer.

Applied, got OA quickly, and a phone screen from a recruiter about 1 month later. Got passed on to the 1st round and got passed to a different team for another 1st round. Much more behavioral heavy interviews.
