Pros: NA, there are other good employers out there.
Cons: Contractors are made to work extra and not paid for those hours. Stay away from this employer if you are a contractor. Horrible attitude even towards senior contractors. Too much pressure, and contracts are cut short eventually. Basically, it's my way or the highway.
