Pros

Few. It used to be great. My retirement estimate was 1.6 million when I started. Now it's 207,000. Maybe less when I hit 10/50 next year.

Cons

Many. Visa is actively retiring long-term employees with blackmail, stating that if the employees refuse the severance, they get nothing. This should be criminal.

Advice to Management

Respect those that built the company to what it is today. Reward new and tenured employees appropriately. Current employees' satisfaction is at an all-time high.
