If you're white and over 40, forget it. Too many good people have left or been forced out because they spoke up.
Visa needs a clean sweep at the executive level, or make it clear you're simply asset stripping the company. Visa will keep doing what it's doing. If it can't buy the next payment trend, it'll simply fade away. What a shame.
