The majority are very experienced veterans; there are lots of people you can learn from. The work culture is shifting towards younger employees.
No cons at the moment.
GCA OA on CodeSignal, scored a 570 -> recruiter call -> Final Round 1hr interview (behavioral + LC easy/med and resume deep dive). Heard back in 3 days. Process may change depending on team and location.
I had an interview with the recruiter. After talking about my experience and interest, I had a programming challenge. Upon passing the programming challenge, I had a technical interview with two other engineers.
Worst HR team ever. I do not know what they are getting paid for when they are not able to accomplish their basic duties, like updating candidates on follow-ups and keeping track of interviews taken. I had my final interview in April, which was great
