I am regularly going for interviews currently, and my experience has never been this pathetic. I went for an interview last Saturday. In the email communications, it was mentioned that the first round would be on DS/Algorithm. Two interviewers came
SRE Engineer
Three rounds of interviews. Very easy questions. Few to write code on linked lists. The behavior round was also easy; just follow the STAR method. Networking questions and a few SQL questions.
SWE Intern
Applied, got OA quickly, and a phone screen from a recruiter about 1 month later. Got passed on to the 1st round and got passed to a different team for another 1st round. Much more behavioral heavy interviews.
