The process involved a few phone interviews, followed by in-office interviews with several people. It was a normal experience. I only rated it negatively because I didn't get the job, and there was no explanation provided.

The screening process was really bad. Easy peasy questions were asked. People who had been rejected and "swatted like flies" were given offers. There were absolutely zero quality checks.
