The screening process was really bad.
Easy peasy questions were asked. People who had been rejected and "swatted like flies" were given offers. There were absolutely zero quality checks.

Pros: Being a brand, the company always tries to keep upfront with new technologies.
One feels proud to be working with the great minds of Silicon Valley.
All efforts are made to keep employees engaged with the company through events, contests, fairs, etc.
Cons: While there are smart people, the company also has people who are not so serious. If you are unlucky to be seated with them, you cannot concentrate on your work.
