Pay is very low when compared to industry standards, even though Visa's revenue and net income are very high (in the top 10 list by profits in the world).
Benefits are also not that great (e.g., food is not free, no gym/fitness/wellbeing incentives).
Doesn't give even a single gift or goodie.
Yearly appraisals are very poor.
Most of the talent are leaving Visa (due to lack of pay and employee care benefits).
Visa didn't even help for WFH furniture provisioning during COVID, when we were forced to work from home.
Fix the compensation problem. (If you don't, Visa will lose their top talent).
Reassess the employee benefits (at least add free food, fitness reimbursement, quarterly gifts/goodies). Even small startups in India are doing that; such a shame.
Don't just take feedback; act based on it.
