- Most of the time, a great work/life balance.
- During COVID, free food for people in the office.
- Compensation below average.
- Sprints are 3 weeks.
- Poor IT support.
- No diversity, especially in IT.
- Working in different time zones and not getting extra payment for working during night hours (management doesn't let you claim extra hours).
- Poor code quality.
- Will terminate all employees who are not willing to be vaccinated.
- No remote opportunities for IT.
No advice. I have to do leetcode.com again.
