- Very slow-paced development
- Legacy systems
- The lower pyramid is kept competitive.
- No career path defined and no goals set clearly
- Everything looks normal outside, but some "inner groups and circles" exist. We cannot and will never get our work done or collaborate if we need help from them.
- Low-quality recruits as diversity hires
