I have interviewed for a visa for an SDET role. * First round is a coding online assessment. * 2nd round is a technical round. * 3rd round is also a technical round. * 4th round will be an HR round.

The process started with an online coding round, followed by two technical and one managerial round. In all the rounds, they were mainly looking at coding, CI/CD pipeline, and previously worked projects.

HR doesn't know the interview process. They only do not respond. We need to follow up multiple times. I haven't seen such a horrible process. Management has to look into this. If the interview process itself is horrible, I can only imagine how the co
