- The company lacks a clear vision for future challenges, just relying on their existing networks for revenue.
- The Virtual Internship Program was well planned but poorly carried out. Communication was lacking, and interns were left on their own. There was not much personal interaction or learning.
- Establish better communication with everyone.
- Interns are there to learn, so better work should be assigned to them.
